ASTM D6751 - Biodiesel (B100) - There are several biodiesel testing sites on the internet. With the cold weahter in the midwest, I found a site which listed the Cold Soak Filtration Test in addition to the standard BQ-9000 Testing. http://biodieseltesting.net/ Check out this site it mentions Midwest Laboratories.
